There’s a new heating and cooling company in the neighborhood. Keenan Heating & Cooling is officially open, and we’re glad you found us.

We’re a new heating and cooling company, local and family owned, serving homeowners across the East Valley. This post is a quick introduction: who we serve, what working with us looks like, and how to reach us when your home needs attention.

A new, family-owned HVAC company in the East Valley

Keenan Heating & Cooling takes care of home heating and cooling. That covers repairs, replacements, new installations, heat pumps, heating systems, indoor air quality and seasonal maintenance. If it keeps your home comfortable, it’s our job.

We’re independent, too. Keenan is locally owned and family owned, and it isn’t owned by private equity. That matters to us because it means the decisions about how we treat customers get made right here, by the people who answer for them.

Keenan Heating and Cooling LLC is licensed with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors, ROC #367809. You can look up any contractor’s license on the Registrar’s website, and we’d encourage you to do that with anyone you hire.

Who we serve

We work with homeowners in five East Valley communities. In Chandler, that runs from the neighborhoods around the original downtown to the lake communities farther south. In Gilbert, it’s the planned communities that grew out of the old farm town. Mesa has homes from just about every decade, and each era brings its own questions. Queen Creek is newer and growing fast. And San Tan Valley only became a town in 2025, though many of its homes date to the early 2000s building boom.

The family behind the name

Daniel Keenan grew up in the East Valley and still calls it home. You can read more about him, and how he’s building Keenan around straightforward advice, in our story.

What you can expect when you work with us

We’ll be honest: we’re new, so we can’t point you to a long track record yet. What we can do is tell you exactly how we plan to work, and then do it.

Clear options, explained in plain language

We start with what’s actually going on in your home. If a repair reasonably makes sense, we’ll say so. If an older system with several problems points toward replacement, we’ll explain why and walk you through the options. No pressure toward one answer.

Knowing what you’re approving

Before any work starts, you should know the proposed equipment, the work included, the total price and the written warranty terms. Ask us anything. If something isn’t clear, we haven’t explained it well enough yet.

Local accountability

Keenan is a local company with a family name on it. If you have a concern, Daniel is willing to get personally involved.

The Keenan Comfort Club and Hometown Heroes

Two programs are worth knowing about. The Keenan Comfort Club is our maintenance plan, built around planned seasonal care for your heating and cooling system. Ask us about the current membership options for your home.

Hometown Heroes is our thank-you to active military, veterans, first responders (including police and firefighters) and teachers. Give us a call to ask how it works for your household.

How to reach Keenan Heating & Cooling

The fastest way to reach us is by phone at (480) 594-2665. That’s 480-594-COOL, if it’s easier to remember. You can also request service online with your name, ZIP code and a short description of what’s happening, and we’ll follow up to set a time.

Whether it’s a system that won’t keep up, a question about replacing old equipment, or just wanting a second opinion, we’d like to hear from you. Welcome to Keenan. We’re glad to be your neighbor.
