Current offers
A little something for the East Valley.
$99 after-summer AC check
Arizona summers are hard on an air conditioner. Our $99 check covers monsoon dust on the outdoor coil, the condensate drain line and the capacitors that tend to fail first. Small problems get caught now, not next June.
Hometown Heroes save 20%
Active military, veterans, first responders and teachers get 20% off service calls and 5% off new equipment. Bring a military ID (CAC), DD-214, VA benefit card, or a work or school district ID. Can’t be combined with the Comfort Club.
Comfort Club, $19.99 a month
Two visits a year per system, 10% off service, 5% off new equipment, priority scheduling and no diagnostic fee.
Offers apply to residential customers in Keenan’s service area. One discount per visit. Pricing confirmed before any work starts.

Why AC maintenance matters in the East Valley
Built for Arizona heat.
An air conditioner here works for months, often for hours at a stretch. That steady load wears on motors, electrical parts and coils, and small problems tend to show up when the heat is at its worst.
Dust adds to it. Grit from building sites, open desert and monsoon storms builds up on filters and the outdoor coil, so the system works harder for the same comfort.
ENERGY STAR recommends annual pre-season check-ups by a contractor, with the cooling system checked in spring and the heating system in fall. A spring AC tune-up catches worn parts and dirty coils on a mild day, before peak demand. A plan just makes sure it actually happens.
What happens at a Comfort Club visit
We help keep track.
Seasonal maintenance follows the calendar. In spring, the focus is the cooling side: cleaning, testing and adjusting the system before summer. In fall, it shifts to heating. Heat pumps do both jobs, so both seasons matter. Ask Keenan how the current Comfort Club terms cover your system.
A thorough visit covers the coils, refrigerant charge, electrical connections, airflow, the condensate drain and the thermostat.

Best times to schedule AC maintenance
Plan ahead.
Spring is the time for cooling, before the heat sets in. Fall is the time for heating, before the first cold mornings. Heat pumps need both.
ENERGY STAR points out that contractors get busy once summer and winter arrive, so scheduling early is easier on everyone. For the after-summer check, see our fall AC maintenance checklist.

Comfort Club questions
The details matter.
How often should my AC be serviced in Arizona?
ENERGY STAR recommends annual pre-season check-ups: the cooling system in spring and the heating system in fall. A heat pump handles both, so it benefits from both visits.
What’s included in a Comfort Club visit?
Comfort Club visits focus on seasonal care for your system. Ask Keenan about the current membership terms for your equipment.
Is a maintenance plan worth it?
It’s most worth it if you’d otherwise forget or put off maintenance. A plan puts seasonal care on the calendar instead of your to-do list, with one local company getting to know your system. Whether it fits your home is worth a conversation.
What can I do between maintenance visits?
Mostly, keep the filter fresh and the outdoor unit clear, and jot down anything new (a noise, longer run times, a room that falls behind) to mention at your next visit. Our fall AC maintenance checklist covers a simple homeowner walk-around.
What if you find a problem during a maintenance visit?
We’ll explain what we found in plain language and whether it needs attention now or can wait. If a repair makes sense, you’ll see the price before any work starts. Maintenance and repair are different visits; our AC repair page explains the difference.
